Then,
Interest = amount * rate *term = PHP 15,000 * 1.25%*12 = PHP 2,250
Total Loan Cost = Loan Amount + Interest + Loan Processing Fee = PHP 15,000 + PHP 2,250 + PHP 500 =PHP 17,750
Monthly Installment = Total Loan Cost / Loan Term = PHP 17,750/12 = PHP 1,479.17
