You can change into different forms and follow Skoroz, the eldritch god of chaos. After a witch-hunting frenzy kills many of your family members, you are the only one left while all of Skoroz's followers are either dead, captured, or missing. Since you are severely outnumbered and outclassed, you are the angry god's last chance to get revenge. A whole kingdom is on the move to stop your rampage, so you have to hide, fight, and explore a mediaeval world that is about to fall apart because of war, famine, and pestilence. Can you bring down the realms of men with the help of the eldritch powers of your angry god?
Necrofugitive is set in the Middle Ages, a time of chaos, civil war, and superstition. Many groups are fighting for control over the Kingdom of Avencia, which means you have the chance to cause chaos and mayhem. With a big bounty on your head, though, you have an uncountable number of enemies who will never stop hunting you down if they see you.
The Prisoner has a lot of dangerous shape-shifting skills that he can use to fight back. It's up to the player to fine-tune their strategy, from strong fighting skills to sneaking around and changing shapes. When you are surrounded, the Prisoner's ultimate ability, "Unleash," lets you turn into a terrifyingly strong monster that can wipe out whole armies!
In Necrofugitive, there are soldiers with reactive AI who will work together to stop your rampage. Each soldier has a different personality that affects the choices they make in battle.
