This game that I came across is called The Coffin of Andy and Leyley or El Ataúd de Andy y Leyley and it is a game created with RPG Maker that deals with two brothers with a very toxic relationship.
The story begins with Andrew and Ashley, two brothers who have been locked up in their house for months and are starving.
All the people in the building appear to have contracted a contagious disease and are now trapped in their apartments by armed guards.
The guards promise to bring them food, but it never comes, so in the end they have to resort to extreme measures and you can't imagine the things they can do to survive.
The game is around an hour long and has a very disturbing story.
Although the two brothers have a dark past, they are still likeable in some way.
Their relationship is very toxic, but they also need each other for support and are unlikely to survive without each other.
